Burgers: You can make a burger a healthy choice by asking the clerk to skip the mayo and cheese. Due to their high fat percentage, skipping them would leave your burger a suitable choice. What you can do is actually ask for mustard, ketchup, or barbeque sauce to keep your sandwich soft for consumption.
Chicken: Eating chicken is not a bad choice if you don’t go for deep fried options, you can always pick grilled chicken off the menu. It will save you a lot of calories and fat; in addition, make sure to do as mentioned above with the burger. Ask for mayonnaise alternatives.
Cheese: Cheese in itself is one of the best additions to any sandwich, however; many cheeses are actually made from oils. How can you spot them? They’d look unnaturally orange and greasy for normal cheese.

So be very wise when picking a salad and ask the clerk for regular lemon/vinegar dressing.
Meatless Burgers: Tofu is one of the hottest choices nowadays. Just because it’s not mean, doesn’t mean you should add back the mayonnaise and cheese! Be careful, even tofu can make you fat if you eat it in excess.
Soda: Instead of ordering a soda, you can always ask for juice or water. It is better for you on the long run, and if you can’t resist drinking coke while eating the burger get a diet soda.

Almost every single article about weight loss and getting healthy informs readers to avoid drive through windows like the plague and to perform all of their own cooking. There’s some value to that. But at times the last thing you would like to do is make a whole dinner for yourself and your family. Sometimes almost all you want is to go to the drive through and get home as soon as possible. There is zero reason that you simply shouldn’t be able to do this once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. You are able to do this because most of the popular joints are now marketing “healthy” menu options to keep their businesses up. Here is how to eat healthy when you hit the drive through.
Go with the side dishes. Not so long ago, the only real side dish item offered by a fast food restaurant was French fries. Now most of the fast food selections have been widened quite a bit. Now you can get a variety of salads. You can also choose Chili. Baked potatoes may also be purchased. You could get fruit. There are a lot of alternatives that don’t include eating anything deep fried. When you order your dinner through a drive through window, choose side dishes instead of just grabbing something premade. When you choose to do this you can keep your fat content and also calorie counts low.
Your beverage needs to be water or juice or milk. Choosing a large soda as your beverage adds hundreds of unhealthy calories to your meal. A solitary serving of soda is typically thought to be eight ounces. That portion may contain lots of spoonfuls of sugar in addition to at least a hundred calories. A fast food soda is almost always not less than twenty ounces. Typically, however, they are 30 ounces. Choosing a soda as your beverage increases your calorie intake by thousands and adds way too much sugar to your diet. Water, fruit juice and milk, however, are much better choices.
Choose a drive through based on whether or not it has more healthy options available. Arby’s by way of example, isn’t going to serve burgers. Logic claims that one the simplest way to stay healthy is to sidestep the drive through and never eat fast food. While, usually, this is a good plan, if you make sensible choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month. Sometimes what you need is to let someone else produce your dinner. If you decide on healthy items, the shame usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.

You would not believe how fast these lil guys move, talk about taking after their parents!
This lil guy and his siblings spent most of the time scuttling here there and everywhere at a squillion miles an hour, and when they were still for a second, it was only so they could practice their diving, which they did a lot, under the circumstances and due to the poor light, I was happy to get this shot….:O))

Goldeneye Duck ~ Physical Description ~ The Common Goldeneye, like the Barrow’s Goldeneye, is named for its brilliant yellow iris. Common goldeneyes fly in small compact clusters, with their wings making a distinctive whistle at every wing beat. Male Common Goldeneyes have blackish iridescent green heads with a white circular patch between the eye and the base of the bill. The breast, sides, belly, and patch across the secondaries and secondary wing coverts are white. The back, rump, and upper tail coverts are black and the tail is grayish brown. The bill is black and the legs and feet are yellowish. Female Common Goldeneyes have chocolate brown heads, a whitish neckband, and speckled gray back and sides. The upper wings are brownish black with the middle five secondaries colored white. The bill is blackish becoming yellow near the tip and the legs and feet are yellowish.
Breeding ~ Common Goldeneyes breed across the forested areas of Canada, Minnesota, Michigan, Alaska, and the northeastern United States. They are most abundant among lakes of the Canadian boreal forests, especially where lakes or deep marshes have substantial invertebrate populations. They are cavity nesters and have a strong homing tendency, often using the same cavity in successive years. Nests are usually located near a pond, lake, or river, but may be found in woodlands up to a mile from water. Female common goldeneyes nest in natural tree cavities, abandoned woodpecker holes, or nest-boxes and lay an average of 9 eggs.
Migrating and Wintering ~ Some may move from the interior to the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and south along the Mississippi and Snake Rivers. Along the Atlantic coast, birds winter from Newfoundland to Florida and on the Pacific coast from the Aleutian Chain south to California. The St. Lawrence River and the Great Lakes also provide wintering habitat.

I have high blood pressure and lately ive been eating a lot of crushed garlic cloves to lower it, of which an unpleasant side effect is that it causes your entire body to reek of garlic. So I wanna know is there a garlic supplement that offers the same potency as raw garlic but without the unpleasant smell that I can find at a health food store
I have two cats. One eats the special urinary tract health food and the other has always eaten regular dry food. Is it okay and safe if he eats the special needs food? I need to know if I have to separate them somehow.
