Stuffed Steaks

Serving size: 4
What you'll need:
2 tablespoons of butter
1 peeled and shredded potato
1 shredded carrot
1 chopped red onion
1/2 cup of cheese
4 steaks (1 - 1 1/2 inches thick)
What to do:
In a pan melt your butter then add all your chopped veggies. Cook until tender then remove from heat and mix in your cheese. Now cut the steaks in half to create a pocket when you fold it back on itself. Place your veggie mix into the steaks and then use some toothpicks to hold the steaks together. Cook for 5-8 minutes on each side.
