Breakfast Frittata

Time until ready: 20 minutes

Serving size: 2

What you'll need:
1/2 onion
1/4 lb of ground turkey
3 tbs of chicken broth
3 cups of chopped kale
4 eggs

What to do:
Get a 10-inch skillet, and put a broiler on low. Pour 1 tbs of chicken broth in the skillet and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and beef, and cook for 3 minutes on meduim. Of clumps appear, break them apart. Add your kale and the rest of the chicken broth, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for five more minutes, whild adding seasoning to taste. Empty your eggs into a bowl and beat them, then pour the mixture evenly on the skillet, ahd let sit for another two minute. When it get's firm, give it a taste. If it's satisfactory, eat up!
